We have meeting rooms in Coronation Drive in Milton. We can ensure your meetings and training sessions run smoothly by ensuring everything is covered before and after your stay. Hourly, half day and full day rates are available.

Our meeting rooms accommodate 2 to 4 people and equipment such as a whiteboard can be made available to you free of chage along with filtered chilled water, glasses and mints.

You can be connected to our high-speed internet or use your own wireless connection. A telephone handset with display and hands-free facilities is available for you to make conference calls if required.

Tea, coffee and quality catering can be arranged upon request. The meeting rooms are available 7 days a week and we offer reduced rates for regular usage.

Our solid timber boardroom table can seat 12 around the table, or 20 in a theatre style for meetings, seminars or functions. A side bar can be made available when entertaining your clients at social functions and lighting control allows for you to change the atmosphere setting to suit your needs.

A telephone handset with display and hands-free facilities is available for you for those important teleconference calls. A whiteboard, projection screen, stereo, large screen television and DVD player are provided free of charge along with filtered chilled water, glasses and mints give your meeting that special touch. Tea, coffee and quality catering can be arranged upon request. The boardrooms are available 7 days a week and we offer reduced rates for regular usage.

The area can accommodate up to 20 people in classroom style or theatre style. We can also configure the layout to you specific requirements. We provide a 72” smart TV for your presentations, electronic white board/whiteboard, flip charts, filtered water and mints – all free of charge. Catering can also be provided or you can bring your own.
