We can usually accommodate your requests for rental office space in Brisbane and for meetings and training sessions at the last minute if required, however advance notice is advised where possible. We offer hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rental.
Board Rooms
A solid timber boardroom table can seat 12 around the table, or 20 theatre style for meetings, seminars or functions. The bar can be made available to entertain your clients at cocktail parties etc. during the evening. Lighting control allows for you to change the atmosphere setting for your own event.
Connect to our high speed commercial grade internet or use your own wireless connection. A telephone handset with display and hands-free facilities is available for you to make conference calls if required.
A whiteboard, projection screen, stereo, large screen television and DVD player are provided free of charge for your use.
Filtered chilled water, glasses and mints are also provided free of charge and coffee, tea and biscuits can be served to you if required. Quality catering is available on request. The boardrooms are available 24 hours a day and we offer reduced rates for regular usage.
Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms are set up for either 2 or 4 people.

Video Conferencing
Our state of the art video conferencing facility is located in the prestigious 143 boardroom overlooking the Brisbane River. The Polycom VSX 5000 System operates on a 32 inch LCD monitor with a high-speed broadband internet connection. The Polycom system is able to accept and make multiple site video conferencing calls.
